Baking in the new oven at the Düppenweiler copper mine
First on Schmelzer Day on May 18 (Ascension Day), then on the 300th anniversary on September 9 and 10, and finally on the Winter Market (December 16 and 17).
The club bakers Ralf Becker, Günter Fuchs and Thorsten Oehm have successfully baked the oven they built together with Werner Kockler. In the future, the bread will be baked at all club events. The trio of bakers will be able to demonstrate their baking skills three times this year.
