The Copper mine
Enter the fabulous underground world of the Düppenweiler copper mine with "Mystallica". The light and sound installation uses the elements of lighting, music, sounds and texts to build a bridge between traditional mine tours and cultural or tourist leisure activities with a claim to experience and entertainment.
You can also visit the new copper smelter with its stamp mill, smelter and associated water technology, as well as the rest of the surface area with the Barbara Chapel, the shaft superstructures and excavation sites. The mining pyramid, which is over 12 meters high, is a special eye-catcher in the mine ensemble, which is unique in its form in all of southwestern Germany. After visiting the mine, you can enjoy a real miner's vesper in the Huthaus.
